Built in 1736, and surrounded by 17 acres of manicured grounds, Schloss Leopoldskron is located at a small, idyllic lake, and features majestic views of the mountains and the Hohensalzburg Fortress. With 55 rooms in the Meierhof, 12 suites in the historic palace, and two townhouses, Schloss Leopoldskron is an exclusive and discreet hideaway just minutes from the historic city center, the ‘Old Town’ (Altstadt) of Salzburg. 

Contemporary rooms in the Meierhof annex provide free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and desks. Upgraded rooms add sitting areas and/or lake views. Country-style suites in the palace feature high ceilings, antique furnishings and separate living rooms. Additionally, many rooms have been recently renovated. Suites also come with a complementary bottle of prosecco, fresh fruit and flowers upon arrival.

A daily breakfast buffet is served in the majestic breakfast room in the palace. In good weather conditions, you can also enjoy your breakfast with includes local specialties from artisan producers outside on the terrace overlooking the rose gardens.
