And they’ll come back asking YOU for more!
More = FITs, Cruise Bookings, Business Class Flights etc.
Many travel advisors shy away from large groups, because it just feels too hard.
But, if you’re already going the extra mile for your FITs then why wouldn’t you take your Catholics to Italy where we’ll get them front row seats to see the Pope at the Vatican. Or invite your local car club for a joyride on the German autobahn.
With the right partner, affinity groups aren’t that much more work, but so much more rewarding.
Speaking of beasts and logistics. Let’s show you some large(r) affinity groups that are in your neighborhood too. Communities some of your clients are surely part of.
And maybe planning travel for a large group is like herding cats — if you’re doing it on your own. But it doesn’t have to be. That little extra work you’re putting in for 30+ over an FIT is so much more rewarding for them and also you.
As Julia Child said: “People that love to eat are the best kind of people.” And we’ll make sure your epicurious travelers (e.g. patrons of a beloved local restaurant) eat local and seasonal. This March, we’ve even taught 150 HS students how to make pizza — just across from the Colosseum in Rome.
From being the featured choir for Palm Sunday Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican to giving an exclusive concert in the Crypt of Gaudí masterpiece La Sagrada Familia: We feature your choirs, orchestras and bands on Europe’s most beautiful stages — and get pro pictures, too.
Great beer festivals don’t just happen in Munich or only once a year. There’s so many reasons to put on lederhosen (or a dirndl) and saying Prost in Germany or Slainté in Ireland — cheering with the locals, like a local. Isn’t that a great beercation pitch to your local brewery or home brewers club.
Whether they’re driving ‘fast and furious’ or prefer the European roads less traveled, your local car club members won’t believe what’s possible: Racing an F1 car full throttle in Monza or Hockenheim. Cruising along Tuscany’s backroads in a vintage Ferrari (or their personal dream car).
And add magical touches to each day — courtesy of your agency.
With us, your clients see what’s on THEIR bucket list, and then some. They don’t just visit major sights, but take the roads less traveled to perfectly matched charming hidden gems. We’ll show you our favorite places, so your travelers experience Europe like never before. Their interests, passion and style set the agenda.
CinCin: Rather than waiting in line (like everyone else), your clients cheer with Prosecco prior to their exclusive visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Or, they’ll race a Formula 1 car on Enzo Ferraris’ race track in Imola. Turn your clients’ travel dreams into priceless memories. Together, we’ll get the VIP insider access.
As your B2B partner, we’re there for you at at every step — known for our VIP Concierge Services. We draw on personal experiences and connections for securing VIPs in your group seats at coveted chef’s tables, exclusive spa treatments – or can book your clients on a helicopter ride over Mykonos at short notice.
You travelers can channel their inner Rapunzel (or Snow White) staying in fairy-tale castle hotels across Europe. Our curated Sight-Sleeping Collection is unmatched. We’ve checked out every of these unique properties before your travelers check-in.
Their tastes’ our command. Our personalization within each affinity group is endless. Breakfast in bed? Late night feast. (Y)Our travelers aren’t ever hungry or thirsty — unless they’re dieting. Oh the stories Sandra’s hips can tell… And don’t forget: It’s always five o’clock in Europe .
The greatest moments in life are best when shared. Our promise to you and your clients is simple: travel better together. We’ve been everywhere we’re taking groups, again and again. We love and live travel so that these always custom vacations turn into trips of a lifetime.
Guess where we met?
On a pretty shitty group tour to Oktoberfest in 2002, but clearly it wasn’t all bad.
Our honeymoon baby Thea’s been to 12 countries before she was six months old – traveling alongside 5 groups with over 800 clients in our second year of business. Talking about timing…
Clearly, traveling is part of our DNA.
And if that’s not enough to set us apart: We’re the only boutique tour operator that asks every group that contacts us directly who their travel advisor is — so we can honor that relationship and built on on it.
We (Sandra and Ted) said yes to one another in 2007 in Venice, Italy — not the Venetian in Vegas — and launched our company that same year. One of us spent most of our honeymoon with a high school choir from San Marino, CA touring Austria and Germany. No regrets!
We've been everywhere we're taking travelers: again and again.

Not only everywhere we’re taking travelers, but also in your shoes. Taking excellent care of 30 (or 300) takes insider knowledge, expertise and a village of caring hosts. Speaking of villages, we don’t just privatize boutique river cruises and charming family-owned hotels, but also a medieval Tuscan hamlet for (y)our groups. Why just sight-see when you can also sight-sleep?
Where to start? First: Let’s agree that one size never fits all. And neither does a pre-set itinerary. This is why together with you, we create every journey anew, for your actual travelers. Plus we personalize each experience from within — offering something special for everyone: from gelato (or cava) for breakfast to a hotel bar-nanny for the grandparents.
By working together, your travelers will never be just another tourist. Our experiences opens door to magical places that aren’t easy to pronounce, but will forever have a place in your travelers hearts. We’ll foster wanderlust, but never let your guests stray from your agency. If that’s not obvious: We won’t steal your clients.
“Inside Europe helped me to give Harvard University exactly what they've hoped for. At short notice, in Paris, in high season. My group stayed in the most charming hotel, ate great food and got private access to places not usually open to the public or already sold out museums including the Louvre. Sandra even flew out to meet the group on my behalf.”
Inside Europe is a highly specialized family-owned boutique tour operator — with offices in the US, Canada and in many of our European destinations. We partner with selected TAs in the US, Canada and Japan to ensure your affinity groups travel better together in Europe. We’d never go on a standard group tour where you’re just another tourist on a pre-set itinerary. That’s why in 2007, we started Inside Europe. We prefer working B2B versus B2C. (Y)Our guests benefit from all the group perks of classic group travel, but are never herded like cattle or offered crappy tourist food in shitty tourist hotels. The opposite’s our standard, even for student tours. Make sure everyone brings stretchy pants. We get great tables in the best local restaurants – dishing up fresh, authentic home-made local food, even for up to 400 people. Our hotels are part of the destination experience. And we get some suite deals not just, but especially at luxury hotels. And that’s just the beginning.
From Our Happy Travelers
“There are no words that express how thankful I am for all you and your team did to make Ireland a trip of a lifetime – for everyone, young and old. Everyone raved about how sweet their hosts were. Nothing but great things to say. Many thanks!”
“The trip was fabulous: Beautiful countryside and vistas, historic and uplifting Renaissance art and architecture, inspiring history and people. You facilitated maximum educational, religious, and just plain fun experiences among youth and adults alike. Thank you! A truly memorable experience for everyone.”
“There are no words to describe the joy Pamela and I experienced by being part of the Danube River Tour. You have become the very best in designing European tours. It is good that you are highly selective in who you work with and for.”
